Prospects of Energy Efficiency Improvement – MonitorEE
About the prospects for increasing the energy efficiency of buildings through the MonitorEE project. Good practice in energy efficiency from the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship and the project guidelines were on the agenda of Institutional Internal Meeting 1 of MonitorEE (Interreg Europe) which was held on at the Office of the Marshal of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship 26th January, 2024. The meeting was led by Anna Kucharczyk Deputy Director of the Department of Investments and Development.
During the meeting, the key guidelines of the MonitorEE project and the upcoming tasks that are on schedule were discussed. Furthermore, International Meeting 2 of project partners and stakeholders was summarised, which took place in Paris on between 22nd and 23rd Novembwer, 2023. Good practice in the field of energy efficiency of buildings in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship was also presented, that is, the CENWIS building belonging to the Kielce University of Technology.
The meeting was an opportunity not only to summarise the activities undertaken so far in the project, but also to discuss the possibilities of supporting projects related to renewable energy and energy efficiency in the new EU financial perspective for 2021 – 2027.
The MonitorEE project is implemented under the Interreg Europe programme and co-financed by the European Union under the European Regional Development Fund (Specific objective: 2.1. Promoting solutions in the field of energy efficiency).
